The Deer Valley Golf Club, Deer Valley, Saskatchewan
Registration – 11:00 a.m.
Teams and starting hole or holes will be posted at the Golf Club. Golfers should be at the Golf Club at least one hour prior to tee off time to register. Registration will include vouchers for each golfer for lunch and a non-alcoholic beverage prior to teeing off, the green fee, golf cart, miscellaneous golf supplies and a banquet ticket. Additional banquet tickets are available for $90.00 each.
Putting Competition – Post Tournament
In addition to our many skills awards throughout the day, we will be holding a putting competition at the tournament’s conclusion. The cost for each competitor is $25.00 and gives you two putts. Pre-registration is required – be sure to sign up on the Golf Registration form!
Banquet
Cocktails and meal following round of golf. Prize presentations will take place immediately following the meal. The banquet will take place in the Deer Valley Golf Club House. (Additional banquet tickets are available for non–golfers at $90.00 each).
Individuals, companies or organizations can sponsor the tournament. A sponsorship package is included with sponsorships at all levels available. Each sponsorship will be recognized as noted in the package. We will require a good quality electronic logo from each sponsor well in advance of the tournament in order to prepare recognition material. To sponsor the tournament, please complete the Sponsorship Registration with your choice.

The dress code for the The Deer Valley Country Club states that collared or sleeveless golf shirts and tailored pants or shorts are mandatory, along with appropriate footwear. Blue jeans are acceptable provided they are not ripped or torn. “Muscle” shirts, T–shirts, sweat pants and spiked shoes will not be allowed. Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times.
